Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We offer delivery to US, Canada and Mexico only. We use The United States Postal Service's (USPS) Prority Mail for all our deliveries. As such, our delivery timelines are as per USPS, but we endevour to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days for orders made Mondays - Fridays. Same day shipping is available for orders made before 13:00 Central Time. Orders made on weekends are shipped the next business days. Please, bear in mind that holidays/severe weather conditions can impact shipping and delivery timelines. Our products are categorized by weight. Shipping cost is calculated on a "per product weight category" basis. if you have more than one item in your cart, the item with the highest weight weight category will determine the shipping cost. We offer free shipping within the United States for orders of $100  and above.

Please note that all Canada and Mexico bound orders may be subject to customs delays, and that may further affect delivery times to those destinations at times
 

Title to Products

Purchases of product through molydroyale.com are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your address, and Molyd Royale is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery to destination.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not, let us know and we'll be happy to help. We accept returns on certain non-perishable items subject to conditions and seller's discretion.
The following guidelines apply:

• The value of the refund will be the price paid on date of purchase less the cost of shipping. The value will be adjusted to reflect coupons/offers received.

• Non-perishable items must be returned within (10) days of delivery to qualify for refunds.

• Please note: ALL PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS RETURNED TO THE STORE ARE DISCARDED AND CANNOT BE RESOLD!

• We ask you to support us in our mission to reduce food waste by shopping carefully and planning purchases accordingly.

• We cannot accept returns of items that are purchased in excess or in error (wrong variety, flavor, size, etc.). These unnecessary returns are costly to the store and the consumer and are also bad for the environment.

• The cost of returns is to be borne by the customer.

• Upon receipt of your returned merchandize, we'll inspect and notify you about our       decision. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on Sales cannot be refunded.

•  Items determined to be damaged or deffective are liable for refunds if returned within (10) days of delivery
